I’m a Design leader and educator with 14 years experience in big tech, startups and everything in the middle.
MY PASSION
Passionate about scaling UX teams, cultivating high-performing cultures with a DEI lens, spearheading the development of 0-1 inclusive products, and influencing business decisions through Design Leadership.
MY STORY
I’m currently a UX Lead at Google. I’ve worked and studied in London, Singapore, Silicon Valley, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Adelaide and Buenos Aires in an endeavour to leave my comfort zone and peel away my familiar identities.
By growing sideways, I’ve found new ways of empathising with people from different backgrounds, learning faster, being more resilient and culturally adaptive. I‘ve built products and Design teams from 0 to 1; championed initiatives to support historically marginalised groups in corporate environments; mentored +90 Designers, and developed Design Thinking Bootcamps for +80 people.

I was granted a scholarship from the UK’s most prestigious funding program (+35k applicants worldwide). Chevening allows future leaders to pursue a master’s at any British university with all the expenses covered
SERVICE DESIGN & ORGANISATIONAL TRANSFORMATION
I wrote a paper cited by +1K academics on how Service Design can incorporate strategies from the Organisational Development field to endeavour transformations that are people-centred and realistic at scale
